Returns
PLEASE NOTE WE MAY APLLY A 10% RESTOCKING FEE TO ALL RETURNS.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
You’ll also need the original receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@jabalioak.co.za. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages
All damaged items should be reported within 5 calendar days after taking receipt of the item.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately or within the 5-day period if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and take corrective action.
Damages can be reported to info@jabalioak.co.za within the 5-day period.
Jabali Oak will not be held responsible for any damages reported out of the specified timeframe.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable). This may apply to any item not in its original condition, which is damaged or have missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalised items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please contact us at info@jabalioak.co.za if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Only regular priced items may be refunded.
Gifts
For item marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed or mailed to you.
Exchanges
We will only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
